Blueberry ice cream shake

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 4 m.-sized banana(s)
  • 1 pack of ice cream, blueberry
  • 500 ml milk
  • 200 ml whipped cream, semi-stiff
  • ½ tbsp butter
  • 1 tbsp almond(s), finely chopped

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Melt the butter and toast the almonds until golden brown. Puree the bananas in a blender and add the ice cream. Blend the cream until smooth. Top up the cream with milk and pour the drink into tall ice cream bowls. Garnish with the whipped cream and almonds. Serve immediately.
