Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 liter of water
  • 500 g honey
  • 500 g sugar
  • 4 handfuls of lemon balm
  • 100 ml lemon juice

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest period approx. 1 day; Total time approx. 1 day 30 minutes

delicious in tea

Boil water, sugar, and honey for 10 minutes and pour over the lemon balm leaves. Add lemon juice and let stand for 24 hours. Bring back to a boil and strain. Bottle while hot.
