Blueberry meringue milkshake

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 150 g blueberries, fresh and some extra for garnishing
  • 1 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 4 tbsp water, cold
  • 250 g yogurt (vanilla yogurt)
  • 200 ml milk
  • 2 tbsp lemon juice
  • 75 g meringue(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Place the blueberries, powdered sugar, and water in a blender and blend thoroughly. Then transfer the mixture to a small bowl and clean the blender. Break the meringues into small pieces; this works best in a freezer bag. You can then mash them to any size. Add the yogurt, milk, and lemon juice to the blender and blend well. Add half of the meringues and continue blending. In two large glasses, first layer some of the remaining meringues, then some milkshake, then half of the blueberry puree, then more meringues, then the remaining milkshake, and then top with the remaining meringues. Sprinkle a few blueberries on top for decoration. Serve the shake with long dessert spoons.
