Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 25 g fig(s), dried
- 50 g plum(s), dried (soft plums)
- 25 g raisins
- 1 large grapefruit(s)
- 350 ml milk
- 2 tbsp natural yogurt
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Chop the figs and plums into smaller pieces and place them in a blender with the raisins. Squeeze the grapefruit and add the juice, blending everything until smooth. Add the milk and continue blending until the shake thickens. Use tall glasses and spread 1 tablespoon of yogurt in a spiral pattern on the inside of each glass. I arrange the yogurt on a tablespoon, but I use a teaspoon instead, which is more convenient. Carefully pour the shake into the center of the glass. This way, the yogurt will stick to the glass nicely when serving, and it looks nice.
