Blueberry milk

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 250 g blueberries
  • 50 g sugar
  • 1 tbsp lemon(s), the juice
  • 300 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 150 ml milk (whole milk)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Puree the blueberries with a hand blender. Take 1 tablespoon of the sugar, stir it into the blueberries along with the lemon juice, and set the mixture aside. Combine the buttermilk, vanilla extract, milk, and the remaining sugar in a blender and blend until foamy. Divide the thick blueberry juice evenly between two large glasses and carefully pour the milk over the mixture. Serve immediately! You can use more or less sugar to taste.
