Ingredients
 

  • 250 g Flour
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 2 Eggs
  • 250 g Blueberry flavored yogurt
  • 90 g Sugar
  • 75 ml Oil
  • 100 g White chocolate

Instructions
 

  • Mix the flour and baking powder. Whisk eggs, yogurt, sugar and oil together. Add the chopped chocolate. Mix in the flour mixture quickly and briefly. Pour the batter into the recesses of the muffin tray. Bake at 180 ° C for approx. 20 - 25 minutes. If you like, you can coat the muffins with chocolate icing after they have cooled down.
