Ingredients
- 500 g Pasta penne
- 100 g Wild garlic
- 1 Onion
- 2 tbsp Oil
- 100 ml White wine
- 100 g Goat cream cheese
- 200 g Sour cream
- Salt, pepper, sugar
Instructions
- Wash the wild garlic and cut fine strips. Peel and dice the onion and sauté in hot oil until translucent. In the meantime, cook the pasta in salted water. Deglaze onions with wine and 100 ml pasta water and simmer for 3 minutes. Add wild garlic (except for 2 tbsp) and puree. Stir in the cream cheese and sour cream and season with salt, pepper and sugar. Immediately add the cooked noodles to the hot sauce and sprinkle with the rest of the wild garlic.
