Ingredients
- 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
- 300 g Blueberries fresh
- 100 ml Orange juice
- 250 g Whipped cream
- 0,5 packet Cream stiffener
- 25 g Meringue
Instructions
- Melt 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar in a pan. Add the berries, toss in them. Deglaze with orange juice, simmer for 5-10 minutes, then let cool.
- Whip the cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and cream stiffener until stiff, place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Crush the meringue. Layer the cooled berries alternately with cream and meringue in dessert glasses and serve
