Ingredients
 

  • 2 tbsp Powdered sugar
  • 300 g Blueberries fresh
  • 100 ml Orange juice
  • 250 g Whipped cream
  • 0,5 packet Cream stiffener
  • 25 g Meringue

Instructions
 

  • Melt 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar in a pan. Add the berries, toss in them. Deglaze with orange juice, simmer for 5-10 minutes, then let cool.
  • Whip the cream with 1 tablespoon of powdered sugar and cream stiffener until stiff, place in the refrigerator for 5 minutes. Crush the meringue. Layer the cooled berries alternately with cream and meringue in dessert glasses and serve
