Blueberry sauce

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 1 jar blueberries
  • 2 handfuls of blueberries, fresh
  • 1 pinch of vanilla powder
  • e.g. Stevia, or other sweetener
  • e.g. Amaretto, or a few drops of bitter almond flavor

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 minute; Total time approx. 6 minutes

Blend the wild blueberries from the jar, including the liquid, in a blender for 1-2 minutes until you have a smooth sauce. Heat the sauce and add the fresh blueberries. Do not boil it again! Season to taste with vanilla, sweetener, and amaretto or almond flavoring. It tastes great warm with yeast dumplings and the like, and delicious cold with ice cream.
