Blueberry shake à la Gabi

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 250 g blueberries, fresh
  • ½ lemon(s), juice
  • 500 ml buttermilk
  • 1 tbsp butter
  • 50 g whole grain oat flakes
  • 1 tbsp creamy blossom honey

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Blend the blueberries, lemon juice, and buttermilk in a tall measuring jug using a hand blender and pour into four glasses. Melt the butter in a pan, stir in the oats and honey, and toast for about 3-5 minutes until golden brown. Remove from heat, let cool, and pour over the shake.
