Blueberry shake with ginger and mint

Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 400 g blueberries
  • ½ cm ginger, grated
  • 200 g yogurt, low-fat (1.5%)
  • 300 ml milk (whole milk)
  • 2 sprigs of mint

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Wash the blueberries and grate the ginger. Puree everything except the mint with a hand blender. Cut the mint into strips. Divide the shake among glasses and garnish with mint.
