Paprika cream strips

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 400 g turkey meat, sliced
  • 1 cup of sweet cream
  • 2 bell peppers, red
  • 2 onions
  • 100 ml milk
  • 50 ml vegetable stock
  • salt and pepper
  • Spice mix (paprika spice)
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 1 tbsp flour
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 45 minutes

Peel and dice the onions. Deseed and finely chop the bell pepper, and crush the garlic clove. Sauté the vegetables and garlic in hot oil until golden brown. Add the meat and fry until golden brown. Season generously with salt, pepper, and paprika. Dust everything with flour and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with the milk and stir well. Add the cream and top up with vegetable stock, if desired. Season again to taste and add more salt, pepper, and paprika. Serve with rice or spaetzle.
