Blueberry sour cream tart

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 200 g flour
  • 100 g butter, soft
  • 75 g sour cream
  • 1 tsp sugar
  • 325 g sour cream
  • 3 eggs
  • 1 lemon(s), zest
  • 150 g sugar
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 200 g blueberries

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 15 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

For the dough, mix the flour, butter, sour cream, and sugar into a dough. The dough should be soft and pliable, but not sticky. Add a little more flour if necessary. Roll out the dough and line a greased or lined tart tin with it, then chill. For the filling, mix the sour cream, eggs, grated lemon zest, sugar, and vanilla sugar. Pour the filling over the dough and scatter the blueberries one by one over the tart, ensuring they are evenly distributed. Bake in an oven preheated to 150°C (fan oven) for about 55 to 60 minutes on the middle rack. Allow to cool for about 15 minutes before cutting.
