Ingredients for 1 servings:
- 140 ml beer
- 140 ml water
- 1 tbsp margarine
- ½ cup onion(s), chopped
- 4 slice(s) bacon (breakfast bacon), diced
- 1 tbsp mustard
- 600 g flour
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 1 tbsp milk powder
- 1 ½ tsp salt
- 1 tsp bread improver
- 1 ½ tsp yeast (dry yeast)
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
(for the bread maker)
Pour the beer and water into the pan, add the margarine and mustard. Mix the flour, sugar, milk powder, salt, and bread improver and pour into the pan. Make a small well and pour in the yeast. Program: Normal Size: 750 g When the beep sounds, add the onions and bacon (this also works at the beginning, but they will be finely chopped later). Tastes best with just butter!
