Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g flour
  • 80 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 packet of yeast (dry yeast)
  • 100 g margarine
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 250 ml milk, lukewarm
  • Almond(s), ground
  • Desiccated coconut (coconut flakes)
  • Cinnamon and sugar
  • Butter, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 30 minutes

Make a yeast dough from the above ingredients (flour to milk) and let it rise. Once it has risen, form small balls from the dough. Roll them first in melted butter, then in a mixture of coconut flakes, ground almonds, sugar, and cinnamon, and place them in a Bundt pan. Bake in a preheated oven with top/bottom heat at 180°C for 30 minutes. Serve the cake lukewarm with vanilla ice cream and whipped cream. Please do not cut into slices. The balls will fall apart easily, and everyone can break off one.
