Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 600 g green beans (frozen)
- 3 large onions, peeled, diced
- 5 cloves garlic, peeled, finely chopped
- 250 g bacon (smoked bacon, smoked bacon, black pudding), cut into small cubes
- 200 g sour cream
- 1 large red chili pepper(s), finely chopped
- 2 tbsp paprika powder, sweet
- Worcestershire sauce
- Sea salt
- Pepper, colored, from the mill
- Clarified butter
- some water
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

Fry the bacon cubes in clarified butter. Brown the onion cubes in it, dust with paprika, and sauté lightly. Add the beans and mix well. Sprinkle the garlic cubes and chopped chili pepper over the beans. Cover and simmer until tender. Add a little water. Stir in the sour cream. Season with Worcestershire sauce, salt, and pepper.
