- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- 1 pinch of black pepper

Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Bring 3 liters of water to a boil with the salt. Break up the tagliatelle, add it to the boiling salted water, and cook for about 10 minutes; the pasta should be al dente. Drain, rinse briefly with cold water, and let it drain. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees Celsius (400 degrees Fahrenheit). Grease an ovenproof dish with butter. Dice the ham, peel, and chop the onion. Melt 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan. Fry the onion until golden brown. Mix the onion and diced ham with the pasta. Whisk the eggs with the sour cream, 1 teaspoon of salt, nutmeg, and pepper. Pour the ham pasta into the dish and pour the egg cream over it. Bake the casserole in the middle rack of the oven for 30 minutes. Then scatter the remaining butter in small pieces over the pasta casserole, cover with aluminum foil, and bake the ham pasta for another 10 minutes. This goes well with: lettuce with tomatoes and herbs.
