Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 350 g minced beef
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 1 bell pepper(s), green
  • ½ tsp chili powder
  • 300 g kidney beans
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 3 tbsp water
  • 1 can of tomato paste

Instructions

Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes

Brown the minced meat in oil. Chop the onion and bell pepper and add it. Add the kidney beans, tomato paste, water, chili powder, and garlic salt and mix well. Simmer gently for about 20-30 minutes. Serve with rice.
