Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 40 g butter
  • 1 onion(s), diced
  • 250 g rice
  • 1 liter of water
  • 2 tsp vegetable broth
  • curry
  • some butter

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes

Sauté the onion in butter until golden brown and add the rice. Sauté briefly! Deglaze with the water. Add the vegetable stock and curry, bring to a boil, and simmer on low heat for about 45 minutes. Finally, stir in a little butter and perhaps season with a little more curry.
