Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg jacket potatoes
- 100 g cheese (Gouda)
- 1 clove(s) garlic or garlic powder
- Butter, for the mold
- 1 cup crème fraîche
- 1 cup of cream
- Garlic salt
- 3 eggs
Instructions
Working time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes
Let the boiled potatoes cool, peel them, and slice them. Rub the baking dish with butter and rub with a garlic clove or sprinkle with garlic powder, if desired. Mix the cream, crème fraîche, eggs, and garlic salt. Alternate the potatoes and cheese in the baking dish and pour the cream sauce over them. Bake at 200°C for about 30-45 minutes.
