Bolognese

Spread the love

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 500 g minced beef
  • 2 cans of tomatoes
  • 1 tube(s) Tomato paste
  • 1 tbsp herb cream cheese
  • 1 onion(s)
  • Spice(s) to taste
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 40 minutes

Sauté the onion in oil, then add the minced meat. Fry until nicely browned. Add the chopped tomatoes and let it bubble a bit. Stir in the tomato paste. Then add the cream cheese (it adds flavor and makes it nice and creamy). Season to taste. I use salt, pepper, and paprika, or just vegetable stock. It’s wonderfully versatile, with things like zucchini, mushrooms, kidney beans, etc.! The best Bolognese sauce in the world.
