Bolognese Lentils

The perfect bolognese lentils recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Pasta penne
  • 500 g Minced meat
  • 200 g Red lenses
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 60 ml Olive oil
  • 2 Chili peppers
  • 50 g Tomato paste
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • Salt
  • Pepper from the grinder
  • 1 liter Water
  • Parmesan cheese
  1. Peel the onion and garlic, dice and sauté in the olive oil until translucent, add the minced meat and fry until crumbly, season with salt and pepper, stir in the tomato paste, add the lentils, chillies and bay leaves, pour in water and simmer gently for about 30 minutes.
  2. Cook the pasta in salted water until al dente, drain, arrange on plates, cover with the lentils Bolognese and serve.
  3. Of course, the Parmesan cheese shouldn’t be missing here either!
