Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 1 can/n tomatoes, pureed
  • 1 stalk(s) Celery
  • 1 clove(s) garlic
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 tbsp oregano, fresh or frozen
  • 500 g minced beef
  • 1 bay leaf
  • 1 cube of vegetable stock
  • n. B. water
  • 2 tbsp olive oil

very light and really tasty

Brown the ground beef well in olive oil. Purée the celery, onion, and garlic with an immersion blender. Add the puréed vegetables to the ground beef and sauté briefly. Then add the puréed tomatoes, oregano, bay leaf, and vegetable stock cube to the pot, seasoning with salt and pepper as desired. Add a little water depending on how thick you want the sauce. Let everything simmer for about half an hour. We really like it, and most importantly, all the ingredients are always on hand – not exactly the authentic Italian dish, but delicious…
