Bolognese Sauce with Colorful Shellfish Noodles
The perfect bolognese sauce with colorful shellfish noodles recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 500 g Colorful mussel noodles
- 300 g Pig meat
- 1 kl. Can Sliced mushrooms
- 0,5 tube Tomato paste concentrated three times
- 1 medium sized Onion
- 400 ml Water
- 1,5 tbsp Margarine
- 1 teaspoon Vegetable broth powder
- Salt, pepper, Maggi seasoning, a splash of lemon juice
- Garlic spice
- Peel the onion and cut it into fine cubes.
- Drain the fat in a saucepan and fry the onions until golden brown.
- Fry the mince in it until crumbly and then add the mushrooms with the stock.
- Carefully season with the spices and add 2/3 of the water. Bring to the boil and stir in the tomato paste.
- If the sauce is too thick, stir in more water. Then season again if necessary.
- During the cooking time, the colorful noodles can be cooked. Finished.
