Ingredients

for the Bolognese

  • 2 Carrots
  • Oil
  • Salt pepper
  • 1 Chopped onion
  • 300 gr Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Can Chopped tomatoes
  • 1 tbsp Tomato paste
  • Salt pepper
  • Pizza seasoning
  • 1 tbsp Oil

Instructions

  • Wash the zucchini and carrots and then cut into strips with an economy or spiral cutter, set aside.
  • Heat the oil in a pan, fry the minced meat and onions until crispy, add tomato paste and roast with it. Now the chopped tomatoes are added and then the whole thing is brought to the boil once, then simmer again for about 10 minutes over a low flame. Add the spices ... You have to decide the amount yourself, because the tastes are different.
  • While the sauce is simmering, heat the oil for the vegetables. Put the carrot and zucchini strips in the pan and fry for approx. 5 minutes. Here, too, your personal taste decides whether you want vegetables to be more firm or softer ... so just give it a try in between. Season the vegetables with salt and pepper, place on a plate and cover with the sauce.
