Bolognese sauce with sucuk

Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 Sucuk
  • 2 onions
  • 2 bell peppers
  • 2 carrots
  • 1 can tomatoes, chopped
  • 350 ml meat broth
  • salt and pepper
  • chili powder
  • Paprika powder
  • oregano
  • oil

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 35 minutes; Total time approx. 55 minutes

Sucuk is a Turkish garlic sausage

Finely dice the onions, carrots, and bell peppers. Dice the sucuk. Fry the onions in hot oil. Add the minced meat and sucuk and cook until tender. Season with salt, chili powder, paprika, and pepper, and generously season with oregano. Add the tomato pulp, broth, carrots, and bell peppers, and cook for 25 minutes.
