Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 onion(s), finely chopped
  • 1 garlic clove(s), finely chopped
  • 2 tbsp cream cheese (Brunch Paprika & Pepper)
  • 250 ml tomatoes, pureed
  • 100 ml broth
  • 100 g corn
  • 100 g peas, frozen
  • 1 tsp, heaped herbs, Italian, frozen
  • salt and pepper
  • Sugar

Instructions

Working time approx. 5 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 20 minutes

with minced meat

Brown the ground beef and season with salt and freshly ground black pepper. Add the onions and garlic and sauté. Then stir in the 2 tablespoons of Brunch sauce and deglaze with the passata and stock. Add the corn, peas, and herbs and simmer for 5 minutes. Finally, season to taste with salt, pepper, and sugar.
