Ingredients for 6 servings:
- 1 kg minced meat, half and half
- 1 large onion(s)
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp tomato paste
- 250 ml tomato ketchup
- salt and pepper
- 100 ml water
- n. B. Herbs of your choice
Instructions
Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes
Peel the onion and garlic, chop finely, and fry in a hot pan. Add the minced meat once the onions are translucent and browned. Cook everything thoroughly, stirring constantly. Season with salt and pepper. Then add a good tablespoon of tomato paste and about 100 ml of water and stir everything together. Finally, add about 250 ml of ketchup. Add a little more water if needed and bring everything back to a boil. Season with herbs, if desired. Serve with pasta of your choice.
