Bolognese without Meat

The perfect bolognese without meat recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 500 g Mushrooms brown
  • 1 piece Onion red
  • 1 glass Tomato Letscho Sauce
  • 1 piece Red peppers
  • 3 tbsp Olive oil
  • Salt pepper
  1. Dice the mushrooms very small and let them dry on a baking sheet at 50-60 ° C. Should be slightly brownish.
  2. Heat the oil in the wok, fry the onion cut into fine cubes, add the peppers also cut into small cubes, then add the fermented mushrooms and fry everything nicely. Then add the tomato sauce, stir, simmer, season with salt and pepper, done.
  3. There was also wholemeal spaghetti. That was super tasty and we didn’t miss the meat.
