Bonfire with quark and peaches

Ingredients for 6 servings:

  • 4 rolls
  • ¼ liter of milk
  • 1 egg(s)
  • 3 tbsp powdered sugar
  • 1 tbsp honey
  • 250 g quark, 20% fat
  • 1 packet of vanilla sugar
  • 1 tbsp rum, 38%
  • 5 peach(s)

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Slice the rolls into thin slices. Mix the milk, egg, and sugar together and pour over the rolls. Let stand for 15 minutes. Preheat oven to 180°C. Pour into a non-stick baking dish. Bake at 180°C for 20 to 30 minutes. Mix the quark with honey, vanilla sugar, and rum. Slice the peaches. Spread the quark mixture and peach slices over the baked bonfire and divide into portions.
