Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 large onions
  • 2 tbsp vegetable oil
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • some pepper
  • 1 tsp, leveled curry powder
  • 1 tbsp mustard, medium hot

Instructions

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Cooking/baking time approx. 3 minutes; Total time approx. 1 hour 13 minutes

as a side dish to bratwurst (Bosna)

Peel the onions, halve them, and slice them into thin rings. Sauté them in a pan with the oil for about 3 minutes. Transfer the onions to a bowl and let them simmer with the remaining ingredients. Serve with the sausage in a roll, as desired.
