Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 100 ml milk
  • 1 tsp semolina (durum wheat semolina)
  • 40 g butter
  • 40 g sugar
  • 60 g desiccated coconut
  • 100 g chocolate coating (semi-sweet)
  • Desiccated coconut for rolling

Instructions

Working time approx. 20 minutes; Rest time approx. 2 hours; Total time approx. 2 hours 20 minutes

Bring the milk, butter, and sugar to a boil. Stir in the semolina and desiccated coconut and let it swell for about 20 minutes. Then let the mixture cool in the refrigerator. Form small balls and dip briefly in chocolate coating. Let them dry slightly and then roll in desiccated coconut. Place in praline sleeves and return to the refrigerator. This makes about 20 pralines.
