Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 2 egg whites
  • 125 g sugar
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • ½ tbsp honey
  • 125 g desiccated coconut
  • 15 g flour
  • 1 drop of vanilla extract
  • 60 g dark chocolate coating, melted

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 1 hour; Total time approx. 1 hour 15 minutes

practical, as there is no need to whip egg whites

Combine egg whites, sugar, honey, desiccated coconut, and flour in a saucepan and heat until the mixture sticks to the bottom of the pan. Add the vanilla extract, let it cool, and refrigerate for at least 1 hour. Shape the mixture into balls of any size and place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper. Bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for approximately 15-20 minutes. Let cool. Brush the bottoms of the macarons with melted chocolate coating.
