Mug cakes, for all Bounty lovers and those who love sweet things
First, melt the butter in a small bowl in the microwave. Gradually add the sugar, flour, vanilla sugar, and baking powder to a mixing bowl and mix the ingredients together. Then add the egg, yogurt, and butter. Mix everything well with a whisk. Now take two Bounty (best at room temperature or slightly warmed in the microwave), puree them, and add them to the batter. Mix well and, if desired, add 1-2 tablespoons of chocolate chips. Now take a large mug, lightly grease it, and pour the batter into it. Then, microwave the Bounty Mug Cake for about two minutes at 850 watts. It’s best to check on it occasionally; if it’s in there too long, it can become dry. Finally, you can sprinkle the warm mug cake with powdered sugar or decorate it with whipped cream. It tastes best when it’s still warm.
