Ingredients for 2 servings:
- 1 can giant beans, white
- 1 garlic clove(s)
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- some salt and pepper
- some paprika powder
- some parsley, chopped, fresh or dried
- possibly chili powder or cayenne pepper
Instructions
Working time approx. 5 minutes; Total time approx. 5 minutes
vegan, Maltese bean spread
Drain the beans and puree them with the remaining ingredients. Season to taste and add more herbs if desired. Bigilla is perfect as a spread, dip, or salad.
