Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 400 g beef for cooking
- Salt
- 100 g carrot(s)
- 100 g kohlrabi
- 200 g celery
- 100 g leek
- 100 g onion(s)
- 100 g butter
- 2 liters of meat broth
- 100 g potatoes
- 1 pinch of nutmeg
- dill
Instructions
Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
Wash the meat, cover with cold water, add a little salt, and simmer until a rich broth forms. Remove the cooked meat, cut into cubes, and strain the broth through a sieve. Slice the vegetables, including the onions, sauté in butter without browning, and add the broth. Add the sliced potatoes and meat and simmer gently. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg, and sprinkle with chopped dill.
