Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 100 g carrot(s)
  • 100 g kohlrabi
  • 200 g celery
  • 100 g leek
  • 100 g onion(s)
  • 100 g butter
  • 2 liters of meat broth
  • 100 g potatoes
  • 1 pinch of nutmeg
  • dill

Instructions

Wash the meat, cover with cold water, add a little salt, and simmer until a rich broth forms. Remove the cooked meat, cut into cubes, and strain the broth through a sieve. Slice the vegetables, including the onions, sauté in butter without browning, and add the broth. Add the sliced ​​potatoes and meat and simmer gently. Season with salt and a pinch of nutmeg, and sprinkle with chopped dill.
