Ingredients for 1 servings:

  • 360 g flour
  • 180 g margarine
  • 180 g butter
  • 180 g sugar
  • 180 g hazelnuts, ground
  • lemon zest
  • Jam, sour, e.g. currant jam
  • Chocolate coating

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Rest time approx. 30 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 12 minutes; Total time approx. 57 minutes

quick and easy

Knead all ingredients, except the jam and chocolate coating, into a dough and form into rolls with a diameter of 4-5 cm. Chill the dough. Then cut slices from the dough, place them on a baking sheet lined with baking paper, and bake for 12 minutes at 150°C. Spread two slices at a time with jam and place them together. Cover with the chocolate coating.
