Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 kg roast beef
- 1 bunch soup vegetables, diced
- 1 onion(s), diced
- some fat
- some salt
- some water, hot
Instructions
Working time approx. 10 minutes; Total time approx. 10 minutes
without red wine
Heat the fat and sear the meat well on all sides, then season with salt. Add the vegetables and diced onions and fry briefly. Add a little water (no more than 1/8 liter), then simmer the meat in a covered pot over low heat for about 2.5 hours. Turn occasionally and replace any excess water. Make a sauce from the meat juices to taste.
