Braised Cabbage / Hunter’s Cabbage
The perfect braised cabbage / hunter’s cabbage recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.
- 600 g Savoy cabbage fresh
- 500 g Ground beef
- 3 size Potatoes
- 1 size Onion
- 750 ml Broth
- Peel the onion and sauté in the margarine. Add the minced meat and sauté. Cut the cabbage into small pieces, add it and braise it. Peel the potatoes, cut into small pieces, add and sauté them. When everything is well seared, add the broth. Stir everything well and simmer on a low flame for 20-25 minutes with the lid closed. Then season with salt and pepper and enjoy.
