Braised Cabbage with Meat Sausage

Ingredients
 

  • 0,5 medium White cabbage
  • 1 Amount of meat sausage as desired
  • 3 tsp Vegetable broth powder
  • 250 ml Water
  • Pepper from the grinder

Instructions
 

  • Remove the stalk from the cabbage and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the meat sausage.
  • Put the cabbage in a saucepan and the meat sausage on top. Add the vegetable stock, pepper and water.
  • Bring the pot with the lid to a boil, only then stir and let simmer until the cabbage is cooked through. Possibly season again and potatoes taste best with it.
