Ingredients
- 0,5 medium White cabbage
- 1 Amount of meat sausage as desired
- 3 tsp Vegetable broth powder
- 250 ml Water
- Pepper from the grinder
Instructions
- Remove the stalk from the cabbage and cut into bite-sized pieces. Dice the meat sausage.
- Put the cabbage in a saucepan and the meat sausage on top. Add the vegetable stock, pepper and water.
- Bring the pot with the lid to a boil, only then stir and let simmer until the cabbage is cooked through. Possibly season again and potatoes taste best with it.
