Ingredients
 

For the meatballs

  • 1 kg Ground beef
  • 1 Onion
  • 1 Clove of garlic
  • 1 Old Bun
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Chilli from the mill
  • Sweet paprika
  • Hot pepper
  • Cayenne pepper
  • 1 bunch Parsely
  • Clarified butter

For the hunter sauce

  • 250 g Fresh mushrooms
  • 150 g Fresh celery
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 tbsp Tomato paste concentrated three times
  • 125 ml White wine
  • 250 ml Beef broth
  • Salt, pepper from the mill
  • Clarified butter

For the braised cabbage

  • See in my cookbook

Instructions
 

  • Soak the old bun in water. Peel the onion and garlic and cut into small cubes. Now add all the ingredients and spices to the ground beef and mix well. Now shape beautiful meatballs and fry them in clarified butter.
  • For the hunter sauce, clean and quarter the mushrooms. Peel the onion and cut into small cubes. Peel the celery and cut it into small cubes. Now sauté the onion in clarified butter. Add celery and mushrooms and cook with them. Now deglaze with the wine and let it boil down briefly. Now stir in the tomato paste and add the beef broth. Let the whole thing simmer over a low heat for 20 minutes. Season to taste with salt and pepper.
  • Now arrange everything on a plate and serve. Good Appetite
