Braised cucumbers with minced meat and potatoes

Ingredients for 2 servings:

  • 3 thin pickles
  • 500 g minced meat, mixed
  • 1 cup sour cream
  • 1 onion(s)
  • 4 potatoes
  • Balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tbsp mustard
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 30 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes

Wash, peel, and quarter the cucumbers. Then remove all the seeds and dice the cucumbers. Peel the potatoes and boil them in salted water. Combine the minced meat with the finely chopped onion, mustard, salt, and pepper. Brown, stirring occasionally, until browned. Add the diced cucumbers and simmer for about 15 minutes, stirring occasionally. Season with 3-4 tablespoons of balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Finally, stir in the sour cream. Arrange on plates with the potatoes and serve immediately.
