Braised Kasseler in Mustard Sauce

- 6 Discs Kasseler
- 1 Pc. Onion (large)
- 2 tbsp Mustard medium hot
- 1 tbsp Honey
- 1 tbsp Flour
- 300 g Cream
- Nutmeg
- Salt
- Black pepper from the mill
- 0,5 bunch Chives
- Preheat the oven to 175 ° C. Place smoked pork slices (approx. 5 cm thick) side by side in a greased baking dish. Cut the onion into rings and spread over them.
- Mix the mustard, honey, flour and cream together and season with nutmeg, salt and pepper. Pour the sauce over the Kasseler. Braise in a hot oven for about 35 minutes.
- Cut the chives into rolls and spread over them.
