Braised Lentils with Vegetables

The perfect braised lentils with vegetables recipe with a picture and simple step-by-step instructions.

  • 300 g Lentils red
  • 600 ml Vegetable broth
  • 1 bunch Soup vegetables
  • 100 g Date tomatoes
  • 15 g Chervil fresh
  • 4 Pc. Potatoes
  • Salt and pepper
  • Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Oil
  1. Bring the red lentils to the boil in a saucepan with the broth and cook for 10 minutes. Wash the soup vegetables, clean and cut into slices. Peel the potatoes and cut into small pieces. Wash the tomatoes, remove the stalk and cut in half. Heat the oil in a saucepan and sauté the vegetables, add the lentils and tomatoes and cook for 10 minutes. Season with salt, pepper and vinegar. Serve with chervil and parsley.
