Ingredients for 4 servings:

  • 1 head of white cabbage
  • 2 m.-sized onion(s)
  • 1 large zucchini
  • 1 cup(s) vegetable broth
  • Sugar
  • Tabasco
  • Sour cream
  • salt and pepper

Instructions

Working time approx. 15 minutes; Total time approx. 15 minutes

(white cabbage)

Quarter the white cabbage and roughly dice. Quarter the onions, separate them into layers, and add them to a large pot along with the cabbage, salt, pepper, and a pinch of sugar. Sauté for about 10 minutes. Meanwhile, halve the zucchini lengthwise, slice it, add it, and sauté briefly. Then deglaze with a cup of broth and simmer for about 30-45 minutes (depending on the desired firmness). Season with Tabasco and, if desired, stir in a tablespoon of sour cream.
