Bratklops with Leek Vegetables

Ingredients
 

  • 350 g Mixed minced meat
  • 1 Egg
  • 1 tablespoon Breadcrumbs
  • Chopped onion
  • 0,5 Stale bun soaked and squeezed out
  • 1 Msp Caraway seeds
  • 1 teaspoon Mustard
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pole Leek
  • 0,5 liter Water -salted
  • 0,25 liter Vegetable broth
  • 3 tablespoon Cream

Instructions
 

  • Remove the outer leaves from the leek and cut off to the light green part, then cut one cm above the root. Now cut open the leek so now you can see every single layer of leek and wash it thoroughly under running water. then cut the leek into small pieces and cook for 10 minutes in salted water, ° now pour off the water and rinse the leek and finish cooking in hot vegetable stock. Then pour off half of the cooking water, stir in the leek cream and keep warm.
  • Make dumplings from the minced meat ingredients mentioned above and slowly fry them in a little fat
  • Now serve with the leek and boiled potatoes.
  • ° I like to tip the first boiling water away from the leek because all the gas is in it
