Red Lentils with White Beans and Tomatoes

Ingredients
 

  • 100 g Red lentils
  • 1 Can White beans
  • 1 Can Pizza tomatoes
  • 1 Onion
  • 2 Garlic cloves
  • 1 Bay leaf
  • 1 tsp. Harissa paste
  • 0,5 liter Water
  • 80 ml. Olive oil
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions
 

  • Peel and dice the onion and the garlic cloves and sauté them in the olive oil until translucent, stir in the harissa paste and the pizza tomatoes, add the bay leaf, the lentils and the water, and let everything simmer for about 30 minutes, season with salt and pepper and serve.
