Ingredients
 

  • 1 tbsp Clarified butter
  • 2 Bratwurst fine
  • 2 Bratwurst
  • 2 Oven fries
  • 100 g Lamb's lettuce
  • 8 European walnuts
  • 8 Peanuts fresh
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4 tbsp Extra virgin olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  • 1 pinch Sugar
  • 1 tsp Mustard medium hot
  • Dried dill
  • 1 Tomato
  • 1 Kiwi
  • 2 Mini orange peppers
  • Sweet paprika

Instructions
 

  • Fry the sausage in clarified butter, not too hot.
  • Put the French fries in the oven at 180 ° C for about 25-30 minutes.
  • Read the salad, wash and drain.
  • Remove the nuts from the shell.
  • Cut the kiwi into cubes.
  • Wash tomato & cut into slices.
  • Clean and wash the peppers and cut into strips.
  • Make the vinaigrette and use it to dress the salad.
  • I only put peppers on my fries. If you like, you can eat it with majo or ketchup.
