Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 2 sausages, fresh, coarse
- 1 stalk(s) leek
- 1 onion(s)
- 1 cube of stock
- 1 handful of rice (long grain rice)
- n. B. water
Instructions
Working time approx. 25 minutes; Total time approx. 25 minutes
Clean or peel the vegetables. Then wash and chop them, and place them in a pot. Add water as needed and bring to a boil (first on level 3, then on level 1). Remove the sausage meat from its skin. Roll the sausage meat into small balls and add it to the soup. Then add the rice and simmer until the rice is tender. Serve hot.
