Ingredients for 4 servings:
- 1 onion(s), chopped
- 1 bunch of parsley
- 4 tomatoes, blanched, peeled, quartered
- 6 sausages, sliced
- ¾ liter meat broth
- 250 g long grain rice
- 1 can beans, drained
- 1 tbsp fat
- salt and pepper

Working time approx. 10 minutes; Cooking/baking time approx. 20 minutes; Total time approx. 30 minutes
delicious and especially enjoyed by children
Fry the onion and rice in hot oil until light brown. Add the tomato quarters and deglaze with the hot, dissolved meat broth. Top with the drained beans and cook for 20 minutes. Finally, add the sausage slices and finely chopped parsley. Serve hot.
